My name is Jonilla, though most people call me J for short. I am a natural born healer who is highly intuitive and I am also a ReikiMaster and Quantum Healer.

As a licensed massage therapist in the Hampton Roads area, I specialize in various techniques, including energy clearing, trauma/somatic release, lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, sports massage and other forms of bodywork and energy alignment in Hampton VA. 

I love what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else. My mission is to bring more light into the world using my spiritual gifts, including my expertise in energetic attachments, quantum frequencies, somatic healing, nervous system healing and quantum jumping.

I believe we are all capable of healing ourselves, and I'm here to help facilitate that healing process and hold space for you as you embrace your light.
